When visiting the Canebrake please remember the following:
Etiquette: The spa is a quiet atmosphere; please silence your cell phone.
Reservations: All services are by appointment only and reserved with a credit card guarantee.
Check-in and Arrival: Please check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will limit your time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your service will be charged.
Amenities: Please allow time to enjoy our complimentary steam room and dry sauna as part of your spa experience.
Cancellations: If you must reschedule or cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged in full.
Special Considerations: Please make your therapist aware of any medical conditions.
Payment: Our cashless system allows customers staying on the property to build services to their room.
